They just don’t get it. The idea isn’t to recreate the PC. It’s to re-invent it. File-systems and multitasking are the problems. They’re barriers to ordinary people learning to use computers — they’re not intuitive concepts.
Have no doubt, iPad is the future of computing. It would have been too risky to say before releasing and polishing it, but Apple intends the iPad to replace the Mac.
This is the future, folks. (And I’m loving it.)
